§ 8.4-10. Fence requirements.

The zoning administrator shall review and approve all requests for fences located adjacent to public rights-of-way, easements and/or stormwater management facilities (both public and private) serving the PUD-MU district. In general, fences should measure no more than four feet in height and consist of a masonry, vinyl or wrought iron material. Fences located within internal areas of the district are subject to the development's covenants and restrictions.
